How long will it take to receive my watch?
The time required to assemble a SeikoMod watch typically takes 1 week for our DateJust and up to 3 weeks for our other models , depending on receipt of parts.
All our watches are assembled and shipped from the Lille region, in France.
- Metropolitan France : 72 hours (3 working days)
- Overseas : 5 to 22 days
- International : 3 to 15 days
With Mondial Relay, delivery takes 3 working days .
Free delivery in mainland France or basket with two or more watches .

How do I adjust the size of my watch?
You can adjust the size of your watch yourself.
We provide a tool kit with each watch to allow you to easily adjust the strap to your size by removing or adding links. In addition, some of our DateJust straps feature GlideLock technology allowing you to adjust the strap in seconds. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any problem when adjusting the strap.
What movements do we use?
Our watches are powered by Seiko NH34, NH35, NH38 and NH70 mechanical automatic movements . These movements are renowned for their reliability and precision , providing an exceptional watchmaking experience with every timepiece. Each of our movements is carefully selected to ensure long-lasting performance and exceptional quality .
How does buying a watch work?
We will keep you informed of the progress of your watch in several stages:
Order confirmation email
Email when we order your parts
Email upon receipt of parts and photos of the assembled watch
Email confirmation of shipment of your watch
Is your watch having a problem?
No worries! With us, every watch sold is covered by a 6-month warranty , covering manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal conditions of use.
If the product does not suit you, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt to return your purchase and request a repair or refund.

Can I have a 100% personalized watch?
Yes, of course! We offer you the opportunity to create a fully customized watch according to your preferences. To discuss your ideas and customization options, simply send us a private message on our Instagram page . We will be happy to help you design a unique watch!
Is it possible to remove the Seiko brand?
Yes, it is absolutely possible to remove the Seiko logo from the dial when customizing your watch. If you would like a customization without a logo, we can modify your watch to meet your preferences.
