How long will it take to receive my watch?
Each SeikoMod is carefully assembled in the Lille region of France.
The lead time for receiving the parts is generally between 1 and 3 weeks , depending on parts availability. The watch is then assembled, tested, and shipped within 48 hours.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France: 72 hours (3 business days)

Overseas: 5 to 22 days
- International: 3 to 15 days
- Mondial Relay: approximately 3 business days
Free delivery is offered for any purchase of 2 or more watches .

What movements do we use?
Our watches are powered by Seiko NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72 and VK63 mechanical automatic movements . These movements are renowned for their reliability and precision , providing an exceptional watchmaking experience with every timepiece. Each of our movements is carefully selected to ensure long-lasting performance and exceptional quality .
How does buying a watch work?

How do I adjust the size of my bracelet?
You can adjust the size of your watch yourself via our step-by-step guide .
In addition, we provide an adjustment tool kit with each watch so you can easily adjust the bracelet to your size by removing or adding links. Furthermore, some of our DateJust bracelets feature GlideLock technology, allowing you to adjust the bracelet in seconds. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter any problems while adjusting the bracelet.
Is your watch having a problem?
No worries! Every watch we sell comes with a 2-year warranty , covering manufacturing defects and operating issues under normal use.
If the product does not suit you, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt to return your purchase and request a repair or refund.

Can I have a 100% personalized watch?
Yes, of course! We offer the opportunity to create a fully customized watch according to your preferences. To discuss your ideas and customization options, simply send us a message indicating the desired customization.

Is it possible to remove the Seiko brand?
Yes , It is entirely possible to remove the Seiko logo from the dial when customizing your watch. If you would like a customization without a logo, we can modify your watch to meet your preferences.
